1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between Poost Plastic and its business clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Inquiries and Orders

All inquiries must be submitted via email or contact form. Orders are only confirmed once accepted by Poost Plastic in writing or via invoice. We reserve the right to decline any request without stating a reason.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT and any applicable shipping or handling fees. Late payments may incur interest and administrative fees.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are approximate and non-binding. Poost Plastic is not liable for any delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

5. Complaints and Returns

Complaints must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Returns are only accepted after written approval from Poost Plastic and under the conditions specified by us.

6. Liability

Poost Plastic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is always limited to the amount of the relevant invoice.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and product concepts provided by Poost Plastic remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

8. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
